neverending humping...Today I did humping again - the whole day. Now I have support from another mate form Codge Lodge. Dallas from Regina/Canada. Meanwhile working is quite funny - if you can say something like that - as you can chat with your workmates about this and that the whole day - there work is getting a minor matter. In passing I was told the negative record for work on this farm - 20 minutes. Henry, the foreman, said that they even offered the guy to drive the transporter (which really is an easy job), but he refused anyway.In the evening we found some "dark" bread in the super market. Usually you just get limp white toast, which is really annoying after a certain time. That the bread was just coloured did not disturb us in the first place. We got some french cheese as well where we realised at home that it was Brie out of a tin;-) In the evening we were invited by a housemate for dinner - Elke, permanent resident, but still cannot really find a decent job. |
