christmasday on the beachChristmas! Not really, apart from the rain that is "coming around" every now and then - probably a present to the farmers - nothing is really different from all the other days. You can see many big families going to the beach and have nice and relaxed day with bbq and sports. Other than that there is not much different (and all the shops are closed for one day of course). Our plan was to go to the beach as well - sunshine beach. Huge waves, sometimes when doing budy surfing really dangerous, as it can really hurt if you get in one of them and then into shallow water. Then it started to rain again and we went back to the caravan park. In the evening we had a proper bbq - the way it should be on such a day. |
