the raiseToday I finally got the confirmation that I am doing a pretty good job. On Friday I asked for a little raise. I thought I am already working there now for four weeks and do a few more demanding tasks meanwhile. First Edward just replied, that I am already on a quite good hourly wage. Later he thought about it though and must have realised that I am doing quite a good job and that I should think about how much longer I want to stay. I thought about this during the weekend and informed him today. A little bit later he gave me the good news, that I am earning a little bit more now and additionaly have the option to work there again once I am back in Sydney at the end. |
